How can I Pause or Cancel my Membership?

How can I Pause or Cancel my Ceramic School Membership subscription?

If you need to update your payment information, or pause or cancel your membership, then no problem... 

You do not need to email or call us up... You can do it all by yourself :)

We have recently changed our online shop software - so depending on what you have purchased, you may need to follow both instructions: 1 and 2.

1) The new checkout system

Simply Login to your Ceramic School account

Next, navigate to My Orders to see a list of your orders, or My Subscriptions to see your subscriptions.

If you can see a subscription on this page, then you can click on it to manage it - either pause or cancel it or change your payment method.

If you cannot see your subscription there, then you will have to move onto step 2:

2) The old checkout system

Simply click the link, enter your email address, and then click the link in the email that gets sent to you to:

  • Update your payment information, (e.g. swap between PayPal or Credit Card)
  • Pause your subscription indefinitely (Pause your subscription forever - until you come back and manually resume it later),
  • Pause your subscription temporarily (Pause your subscription for a set period of time, e.g. 3 months, and then it will resume automatically)
  • Cancel your membership. (Your account will be removed from the membership right away, and you will lose access to our online workshop - even if you have time left. Which is why it's best to do this on the last day of your membership.)
